Michele's Steak House Lounge - Dover

I would give the service no stars if possible...beyond horrible service, food was cold, waiter took 25 minutes before taking order, never came back with check, asked front desk after waiting 30 minutes, food took over 30 minutes to get to the table, then was cold, etc.. spoke to the manager and she was very apologetic and nice, said they other customers were also having similar complaints..she compt our dinner and also offered us a free meal to return and give them a second chance. I will try once more. I believe in second chances. I do think the quality of the food is extremely overpriced. The side of Jumbo Shrimp to add to the meal is $12, there is only two shrimp and they were far from Jumbo. $50 for a petite fillet mignon and small lobster tail and any side is extra charge is rediculous, the quality of the food does not match those prices...and had to request drawn butter for the lobster tail, rediculous.

We enjoyed the food and the New look of Michele's, much improved.

Enjoyed the atmosphere. The waitress went over her expectations of service made my wife and my daughter and I feel very comfortable. Loved everything. Thanks

I did not like the live music. There's a piano, but the pianist was playing an electric keyboard. It was too loud, and it wasn't music that particularly suited the atmosphere. The service was pleasant but not polished. The food, however, was quite good and surpassed my expectations.

I would recommend going for appetizers and drinks. For a steak house, the steak wasn't so great. Undercooked, no flavor. But it's still a new place; I'm sure they will improve.
