The staff could improve, but the food is fantastic. The horchata ice cream is amazing, and I enjoy the customizable drinks. The shaved ice could benefit from more condensed milk, but I like the texture it creates in your mouth.

The ramen at this restaurant appears to be of similar quality to the instant noodles I used to eat in college, topped with oil from the same pan used to prepare a friend's chicken. The diners at the table next to us were discussing their dissatisfaction with their meals on a previous visit as well. I received a refund, and it seems that the bubble tea is a popular choice among customers. I would recommend skipping the food here.

I found the concept of mixing your own drink to be intriguing, but was disappointed that there were no free refills. The medium drink cup cost $5.20, which is higher than any other boba place I've visited. I tried their house milk tea, which was decent, but I prefer my milk tea to be strong rather than sweet. In addition to the drinks, we also tried the Taiwanese beef noodles and chicken rice.

4.5 Stars I got an order of the garlauch huh they ask if they want rice, and it came to $20ish with a Boba drink. it was amazing, but if she would add a little more huh, then a 5 star rating simple. huhn is delicate and juicy and rice is not contaminated with a good oil company highly recommended!
