Mcdonald's - Downey

I usually only do pick yours for my job here. But they always have the fix ready and waiting by the time arrive which I am thankful for. It keeps me on my schedule so I can move on with my job. THANKS McDONALDS!

I love all McDonald Its the most American food you can eat. Enjoy a burger with the fam any day of the week.

Very clean place. Good food. Happy employees. And one of the best play areas I have ever seen at McDonald's. My daughter loves it there. Just to let you know it's four years old and above. any younger you need to keep an eye on them. Free Wi-Fi. The parking lot medium size. Just be careful when the main entrance drive through right in front of it. And there's some drivers just blocking the way in.

I was quite impressed with the efficient, and timely service in the Drive Thru. I would have given 5 Stars, because the Sausage w-Egg Biscuit was warm, and delicious. I deducted 1 Star because the Cashier initially short-changed me by 1 dollar, I had to remind him that I paid with a 5 dollar bill, plus change to warrant $1.07 Change. He apologized, and quickly gave me my correct change, and then I moved forward to the 2nd window, where the young man advised me that my Bacon w-Egg Biscuit was ready, and I handed him the receipt to explain that I ordered a Sausage w-Egg Biscuit. He turned to the Kitchen, and was advised that it was indeed a Sausage w-Egg Biscuit. The young man apologized for mis-speaking, and politely handed me my food. I checked the bag, and then drove off. A Five Star Opportunity was missed by my FAVE McDonalds location.

I enjoy this restaurant. They offer the most affordable small fries. However, there is a current promotion on their menu board that states if they do not ask for a reward code, the customer receives a free item. They have never asked me for the code, so I always have to remind them. I could have potentially received numerous free items, but I choose not to take advantage of the situation.
