Avaliação da contribuiçãoOur monthly girls lunch brought us to Water Moon. It is tucked away in an unassuming little spot next to the Draper Harmons. We opted for a booth (love this) for a little more privacy since out lunches last for several hours. We chose Water Moon because the menu offers a variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes. The service was incredible! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and everything else we threw at her. Best of all our glasses were always full and she let us stay as long as we needed explaining that she hadn't seen her friends and family in two years because of Covid and understood. We ordered a bento box, and three sushi rolls. The food was beautifully prepared with care and fresh ingredients. Bento Box Review The hot and sour soup was similar to what you will find at most places, but this one was a bit more peppery, which I enjoyed. Although it didn't beat my favorite place, it became my second favorite. I chose the Asian salad dressing thinking it would be the classic rice vinegar and sugar but this was so much more. It was thicker, a little spicy (think horseradish not hot peppers), and gingery. I loved the dressing! I could have just order salad with this dressing and been happy. The Gyoza, General Tso's chicken, and fried rice were typical of what you would find elsewhere which is nice for people who have a hard time trying new foods or kids looking for something familiar. Sushi Roll Review The sushi here was one of the best places I've been to where sushi is not the main item offered. It is fresh, beautiful, and very tasty. If your friends are used to grocery store sushi, they will be blown away with how good sushi really is without being intimidated by trying new kinds. Cleanliness This is possibly one of the cleanest restaurants I've been to lately. In our 4+ hour luncheon I saw them cleaning menus, floors, and chairs (including the legs) in between rushes of customers. I deeply value that in a restaurant. The only suggestion I would like to offer is an all you can eat sushi option.
Water moon has some of the tastiest sushi and teriyaki chicken! We’d get seated quickly and never spent a long time waiting for a server. It is a bit pricey for what you get but the food is good.
The celebration of the birthdays of the family April with a party of 14 everything was perfect. Not only the sushi and nigeri tasty, but the service was exceptional. Everything was served in time, which was quite impressive. Service was excelllent... we were treated by Raymond and the staff as a license. Thank you for making Jayson and his children's birthdays special. Can't wait to go back.
Wow! What a huge menu! There is a ton of menu items that try delicious and worthwhile. The service was good, but there was definitely a language barrier. We got some special roles that were super expensive and weren't really worth it. The articles we wanted were very delicious! A great place to eat!
Watermond offered me an appropriate experience. The service was good and the staff was friendly, but the quality of my meal tasted neatly. I ordered her orange chicken lunch and it seemed mild gland. Only nothing that would turn out from the texture of food. I'm comparing it with the chicken of Panda Express. Well/decent, but not spectacular... what I'm looking for from a restaurant with more than Panda Express. Maybe it was the special food. Overall, Water Moon was a nice experience, but not especially!!!
