Mashariki - Dresden

Since I came from the child's doctor quite late with sick children, I spontaneously ordered a meal to take with me so that I don't have to prepare at home and the child has something to eat.It was really delicious! child and mother have cut in very nicely and have a taste. if it hadn't been a lot late for a sick little child, we would rather have stayed there - living room atmosphere, small and cozy. we have paid for two dishes 17,00 euro, which is a great price in view of the great portions, the fresh ingredients and the crazy taste experience. Thank you!

The restaurant mashariki is located in the new town of dresden. on the other side of the elbe, opposite the old town. parking garages or garages I did not see in the immediate environment. I parked my car on the parking lot of burger king, which is located near. Otherwise you have to find a parking space. the restaurant has for 12 people square (3 tables with 4 chairs each).The interior of the restaurant is decorated according to African style. still there is a bar in the small room. on the window wall to the street is in the upper area a television, where African music with dances is shown. is served and cooked by a person, a woman who comes from kenia. I ordered for approx. 8 euro once chicken Pilau with kachumbari and sauce. my wife also for approx. 8 euro once pork with sukumawiki and ugali. my food consisted of 2 chicken lobes, which were partly fried. I also had 2 tablespoons with chopped tomatoes and spices,other rice. the wing only tasted part of me. the tomato goods well. the rice (grey colour) was also good. at my wife was blackish in gulaschform on the teller, as well as maisgriesin form a crashed suppentasse and spinat. the pork tasted good, as well as the spinach (not in breiform, well seasoned). the maisgries was very strong. But that is so right according to research. Overall, you can say to the food if you don't know the African cuisine, this is the essential thing. I had expected more. as already said, it's a taste. the one tastes it, the other not like that. this should not be bad criticism of the hospitable. I would like to say that there is a lunch card in the week over, where the dishes are about. 2 euro are more prosperous.

Today the 12 august 19 : 26 watches I was in the class new restaurante at linda and frank. I miss saying it is no longer recognizable.

I have been there for four times with various friends and look forward to the delicious big teller with the different African tasty bites.

Very recommended. the portions are huge. super nice hosts. happy again. we drink through various African beers and have a lot of fun
