My Girlfriend and I visited Aqua Restaurant today, and had a very disappointing and possibly dangerous situation. We started with Seafood chowder which was fine, but a little salty. The main problem is the Lobster, we both got lobsters and first of all, the taste was terrible. Very bitter and flavourless. I 've had lobster before and it 's usually a very pleasant experience that tastes similar to crab, these lobsters tasted terrible. The skinny fries that came with them we 're insulting. After eating most of the lobster, my girlfriend noticed little egg looking things on the gills of the lobster. We later found out these eggs are called lobster louse and are a parasite. After asking the waiter about it, he said he didn 't know and brought the manager who told us that it was simply lobster eggs and that we could continue to eat. Instead of taking the lobster away, the manager let us eat parasite infected lobsters even though, he later told us that neither him, or the chef actually knew what this was. Thankfully he didn 't make us pay for the meal but this experience was understandably terrible and unacceptable.
