Avaliação da contribuiçãoI wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible dining experience I had at your establishment recently. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and excellent customer service.
We were waiting for our order for ages. It was like they FORGOT. When we Queried the delay staff said they were waiting for a regular burger. In the meantime the rest of the order was sitting on the counter. When the food arrived eventually it was very cold including the small burger. This is not the first time this happened in nenagh supermacs the staff keeps forgetting the order. Not just ours we noticed it happening to other customers aswell. We paid 25.50 for cold food and slow service.
Ordered online last night and waited over 2 hours for food to arrive,when it did we got undercooked cold chips and the regular burger which was barely warm had nothing but mayo on it no onions nothing,the pizza was badly overcooked and basically inedible not the first time I've had a bad experience with this place but will definitely be the last very badly managed hard to believe management are overseeing the sending out of this **** to customers avoid supermacs nenagh at all costs guaranteed to be left disappointed
Arrived after match with my soccer team and ordered chips and cookie and ice cream. Was given a muffin and ice cream and when I politely said I ordered a cookie to the woman working she replied saying “no you didn’t you ordered a muffin…” and gave me a very annoyed look. She did not even offer a replacement and would not take the muffin off me when I held it out for her. I asked a different employee if I could swap them as I would not eat it and I didn’t order it and he said “no”. My friend was first out of the whole team to order and had to go up twice in the space of 40 minutes to ask if her food was there and was last to get it. They also checked the past orders infront of her as they did not believe she had even ordered in the first place. The lady working was very rude to majority of my team and they all commented on her customer service after the visit. Will not be back.
I attended this restaurant following Galways loss in the minor match and I hoped the food would make me feel better but I was definitely wrong. When I first arrived I was met by a big queue and a lot of people not wearing masks including the staff, I should’ve known that was a bad start but I was quite hungry so I decided to persevere. When I went up to order the staff took there time getting to me and seemed more busy trying to look occupied infront if the manager then actually serving the customers. While the manager was bagging food he dropped a full bag on the floor scooped them up and put them back in the bag . I understand it was busy but I was left 20 minutes waiting for my food and when I was asked if I was bringing it outside or eating in, I said I would eat in and they said I wasn’t allowed even though I had proof I was 17. When we sat down it had only been 15 minutes and they were pressuring my group to finish our meals and get out because they wanted more customers and more . While we were sitting one of the workers wiped every surface including the toilets with the same cloth which I found disgusting. Now 20 minutes later the food has made 3 of my friends extremely sick. Needless to say I will not be going to that supermacs ever again. I stand by what I say ever supermacs with the yellow dated exterior the food is not nice, oughterard portummna and spiddal for example.
