Great place where you can have a bowl as much as you can be cooked at the buffet style table, choose sauces, spices, and then see it cooked on a large round grill. They have starters and desserts and alcohol as well. Large for gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian- They call it! Make sure to tell the grill that it is Veggie to separate it from cross-contamination.

So much fun. You get to fill a bowl with your chosen proteins, vegetables, etc. You pick a sauce or combination of sauces and add a spice. You take it to the grill masters and they cook it up for you. They bring bowls of rice and tortillas to the table. It's delicious and your own personal choices. Love to eat here.
