Chaat Cafe - Dublin

We discovered this charming spot in the upscale Fallon Strip Mall. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff at the counter were incredibly friendly, which alone deserves a five-star rating from me. However, I do wish the flavors were more pronounced. The chaat that I shared in the photo was good, but the windshield wiper pakora could have used a bit more seasoning. The magic of Indian cuisine lies in its spices, so without that, what's the unique selling point? Update: We returned and ordered the same dishes again, and they were absolutely delicious!

The portion sizes are generous, although the spice level tends to be mild. However, since my children prefer milder flavors, this turned out to be just right for us. My wife and daughter really enjoyed the Mango Lassi. I found the dahi vada a bit dry, so I plan to try a different dish during my next visit.

Highly recommended for delicious Indian cuisine at a great value! There are plenty of fantastic options, including both vegetarian and meat dishes. Ordering is straightforward, and the food is consistently good from the start.
