Avaliação da contribuiçãoA ramen restaurant with an express concept where you can order at a counter and find a table when you eat. Don't let the express style scare you. This place will fulfill your lawn desire. It's much better than other Ramen restaurants in the area. You have the usual options. We order the black garlic rays, Shiyu rays and the Tonkatsu rays with a chicken caraage. You can choose your spicy level. Mild is like nothing. Medium-sized would be a good option. The broth was not too light and rich enough for my taste. You don't feel like drinking oil. Would be back if I let the rams repair. The chicken caraage is not cut right, so it's chew and didn't have that ****.
Decided to give it a try after hearing great reviews. I ordered the garlic ramen noodles which which was prepared pleasantly quick. The presentation was excellent and appeared very appetizing. I personally didn't find the large pieces of garlic in the soup very pleasing though the meat was very well marinated and tasty. Will be back to try more.
Just wanted to say thank you for the waiters serving my takeout today. I ordered via phone, they told me would be ready in 20min, so I arrived at the expected time, it turned out the waiter couldn't find my order record, I was super mad and my anger all showed up on my face, the waiter gave me 30% off and said sorry, and I accepted the apology, I was expecting I had to wait for next 20min, but surprisingly one of the waiters even sent out the food to me in 10 min when I was waiting outside the door. I think their problem handling was awesome, even if some colleague made mistake beforehand, the rest of people did a good job to make it up. This is not very common in a popular restaurant in the bay area. Great job BTW, this restaurant has been one of my favorites in the area after I moved here 1 year ago, and this is my only time having this missing order problem.
I really love the ramen here. They are super fast getting your food out to you and its fresh and hot! There is a lot of flavor to the broths. I would say the spicy levels are more on the tame side. I usually get mild from ramen places but I enjoyed the medium level just fine. You get a nice sized portion too. These two picture I'm posting are of the Tonkotsu Ramen from two separate trips so you can see how consistant they are. Both times were delicious. The second time I increased the spicy level so it's a bit redder. I've also tried the seafood ramen which was nice and rich and the black garlic ramen which was just ok for me. It had too many cloves in it for my taste but it wasn't bad. It's a small place so it can be hard to get a table, but there is also a small bar seating section. You pay and sit so it's easy to come and get food if you dont want to sit inside.
I love Ramen 101 Tonkatsu , substitute the pork with tofu..medium spicy...yummmmm.
