Delicious and good quality fish restaurant, amazing oysters and overall wonderful experience! the menu has great dishes to offer and wonderful combinations. want to visit them again!

We only had two nights in Dubrovnik and am so glad we chose to eat here for one of them. The food is delicious and the service amazing. The wine was also perfect. A highlight of our trip.

Looked forward to eating at this highly regarded and historically noted restaurant and it exceeded expectations. Focusing on Croatian cuisine for the most part, every dish was prepared to a very high standard. Nicky our waiter was first class as was service throughout. If you are looking for a special dining experience when in Dubrovnik then I would highly commend Proto. Thank you so much.

Amazing seafood! Highly recommended restaurant, quite expensive but worth the money.

Great place, especially the terrace (booking table recommended). We decided to go with the Proto Menu (starter, 1st dish, 2nd dish, dessert, cheese plate and sorbet) and it was a bullseye! Highly recommended!
