Cafe Neumaert - Dübendorf

I know this recently since student times - at the time it was more popular because of the palm garden. the time is still standing - today it has mostly elderly people as public. the palm garden is still super. I appreciate, however, the prices for coffee and especially for small lunches. especially the last (sheet cake) on Friday are highly recommended. maybe look in again, younger ones?

Café Neumart is located on one of the back streets of Niederdorf. The nearest public stop is Nuemart and can be reached by tram #3 or bus 31. It is a quiet place with a very large selection of newspapers and magazines. The interior has many... padded chairs and half-stands and there are marble around the restaurant. There is even a courtyard terrace seating area. A sign will be outside the Café Advertising a sandwich with homemade bread and a soda for 9CHF. There are several possibilities of meat with or without cheese (included) and available all day. Upon arrival I specifically asked the young female waitress whether this offer was only for the removal (the sign not condition), or if it was also good inside and she said it is also good for immersion. The atmosphere was a relaxed, stress-free environment and it also offers free, secure Wi-Fi. I ordered the ham and cheese that came with pimples, tomatoes and egg and of course the soda. While I was feeding and reading several newspapers, I watched my waitress for the day. After a nice visit and now ready to pay my bill, another waitress brought my bill and it was for 10.90CHF. I paid the bill, with a nice tip, and as I was asked with my new waitress why the price difference between the shield 9CHF vs the entrance of 10.90CHF. The waitress said the 9CHF price was only for delivery. The café was clean, the toilets were clean and I was very well prepared to give them a very cheap rating until they indicated a higher price than on the walkway and also what my first waitress said. So, enjoy the nice tip, but I will not return to your business, nor will I recommend it to others.

Nice place with an atmosphere of time back where nobody runs to do things. Perfect place to come with your book or laptop for work or fun.
