The reservation for a Wednesday was made – with the hint: “We only open at 6 p.m. Please come shortly after six.” With 12 people, we have taken the provided table row at the window front. With up to three Italians, we were in the focus of the service. Exaggerated? No! During the evening the restaurant was filled to the last place. Here the staff was then fully in demand and did not lose sight of us either. The beverage round was quickly brought and to the excited conversations we weighed the “For and Against” of the individual food offers from the map, the suspended slate tables with the weekly offers and the “gans spesielle, heut” bought daily offers. For the undecided, lacto-poor, gluten-free, low-carb, -I want something individual - contemporary: “Fish but no noodles and for this salad”, individual food and price determination is also possible. All this is made possible with Italian serenity and accompanies the “leaning” of everyday work. This is supported by fresh pizza rolls. On adequately provided plates we stir and individually seasoned olive oil and shake. With me it will be a dish with the “now freshly bought, the season has just begun” pifferlings. These are offered for steak, with noodles or as risotto. I order the risotto for 13,90 € and after a pleasant waiting period all food is delivered. Risotto with seedlings for 13,90 € It has a creamy consistency and the rice has light bites. The proportion of seedlings is expected to be high. The last pepp comes from the ready pepper mill, an additional pinch of salt is not necessary. I enjoy it. The service is attentive all the time and provides drinks for food. The wheat a-free for 5 € is already over the pain limit. After cleaning, the dessert cards are placed. I'm hopelessly happy and don't order dessert.
