Generally, you can describe the service as inattentive, although not much was going on in the evening. e.g., after bringing the wine card, it was forgotten to accept the order or even to make a recommendation. neither water nor wine glasses were polished. brotteller were only removed after dessert. Overall the visit was highly recommended, unfortunately the service could not meet the level of the kitchen.
We have been back in the restaurant for years. the food was - in the frame of the chef quintet - really good and partly surprising innovatiw (e.g. algensalat or kalbsbriesravioli). Biomeat could be offered more: the maismasthähnchen was definitely delicious. the accompanying weine were good and the service attentive and flexible (for example when replacing the desserts). we'll be back.
I had the pleasure of following a invite that led me into the küppersmühle in the frame of the restaurant quintet. the interior is stylish and tasteful and not overloaded. the service was courtesy and very professional. there have always been sufficient information about eating and the excellent and very suitable weine. every floor that left the kitchen was perfect quality, taste and also the offer. all in all we have spent a very nice evening in this restaurant, which will be repeated in any case.
