Applebee's Grill - Duluth

I always had great experiences at Applebee's at Miller Hill Mall! Friendly waiting staff, standard fair apple bees, large half-price apps after 9 (but don't quote me on it and not all apps). I always look for the seasonal sweets they have and ask for a piece

First time sitting at the bar and the Bartender was AWESOME

Food is always consistent and good. I sat at the bar and Austin was terrific. He was attentive, quick, funny and a good conversationalist. Exactly what I want and expect from a bartender.

The staff was FANTASTIC!! The restaurant had a friendly feel like a small town bar, which made it a comfortable place to eat and relax in the middle of a long travel day. Although I didn't care for the food I ordered, as the rice was dry and the flavores of any dish didn't really come together very well. I'm guessing a new cook? Or maybe they were having an off day a little. I'm not sure but it is a nice place to meet with friends when I come for visits.

The service Austin gave us was amazing. Very friendly and joked with us. Made me and my sisters feel very welcome.
