Everybody else we saw got regular volume so I am not sure what to think of it. Maybe we just misunderstood each other. Coke was served in extra small bottel (200 ml). Original Lechon was good, a sauce that went with sizzling gambas delicious. All the food was ready pretty fast. Overall impression is however just OK.
Pros: Excellent lechon. Very tasty, crispy skin, soft and moist meat. Cons: I hope the restaurant does something wuth the stools since some of the nails are already protruding which may cause clothing to be snagged.
Don't judge a book by its cover! We were staying at a nearby small hotel and didn't want to venture into town, so we decided to give this restaurant a try. Despite its unassuming exterior, we ordered their famous pork with crackling. The food arrived in just 20 minutes and it looked amazing! The crackling on the outside of the pork was crispy and the meat inside was perfectly cooked, not dry at all. It was served with tasty rice. We were very hungry when we arrived, but we couldn't finish our plates because the portions were so generous.
Their lechon is truly remarkable and exceeded our expectations. It took us two attempts to have a satisfying dining experience, as our first visit was disappointing.
Great food and affordable. Its just that it took time before your order is served. Maybe becausw they only hae 1 or 2 service crews.
