Taco Bell - Dumas

Stopped into our local Taco Bell for lunch today,was created had a conversation with I believe to be the manager? Very friendly staff,took our order,we ordered the new chicken chicken chalupa box,was very good,a alot food plus drink for ten bucks.. great value,I also tried the new chicken cheese Flatbread was two bucks some change,I'll definitely order this again. I also want to add that once we were done eating went out to our vehicle, our battery was dead,lifted up the hood all of a sudden the two young worker guys came right out to help us,they were so helpful very nice these guys needed to be acknowledged for their kindness..thank you Taco Bell the guys that helped us this afternoon ?

Would not let me put 0 stars. Do not go to the dumas taco bell. Spent $30 and couldn't even eat half of what I ordered. Fiesta potatoes were old hard and stale. The person that took our order didn't ring it up right and when I told him it was wrong he laughed and walked away. Tried to charge me for drinks and sour cream I had already paid for . The manager was glaring at me the entire time and the burritos were uneatable because the tortillas were hard and rubbery. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.

Less than one star, WORST experience i've ever had at a taco bell. I ordered one regular crunch wrap and one black bean crunch wrap, after ordering and charging me, they let me know they were out of black beans for my vegetarian crunch wrap. I then subbed it for a cheese quesadilla, they did not refund me for the crunch wrap originally and I had to ask for it. After driving away I realized there were 2 cheese quesadillas in the bag and no crunch wrap. Completely wrong. To make matters worse, I opened up the quesadilla to see it wasn't even cooked. Unmelted cheese and raw tortilla. Absolutely unacceptable and a complete ripoff. Did not get a single thing I ordered even though they charged me for it. Horrible service. Wouldn't come back to this Taco Bell if it was the only thing open for a country mile.

The food was good but the crunchy taco was so greasy it turned the shell to mush. But I guess that happens at every Taco Bell lol the service is always really good at this location though. Unfortunately I’m unsure of the girls name that works the drive thru cause I’d like to give her recognition (she was wearing yellow eyeshadow and works on the morning shift) but she’s helped me a few times and is always very polite and efficient. My order is always correct and ready in a timely manner when she’s there. Because of this, I find myself revisiting more often and buying more food. Keep up the good work and know that your (and your fellow team members) hard work is recognized and appreciated.
