Costa - Dumfries Galloway

Good selection of shops and cafes within easy reach of M74. Plenty parking. Added attraction of The Gretna Blacksmith's exhibition and shop nearby. A few hotels/pubs within strolling distance too. Wide level pathways with only a few steps. Only downside is that it is all open air, so subject to the vagaries of the weather, but many good sized shops to hide in!

I have visited many Costa outlets, but what sets this one apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They are always helpful, cheery, and polite. Even when the restaurant is busy, they efficiently clear tables of dirty dishes. Overall, this Costa offers a pleasant, clean, and friendly atmosphere for a relaxing break.

This Costa Café is just like the rest - offering the typical menu items and atmosphere. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff this time around. The tables were promptly cleared, and there were no grumpy faces in sight. That's always a nice bonus!

After a busy days shopping we stopped for a coffee, hot chocolate and a sit down. Plenty snacks on offer but the coffee/hot chocolate did the business for us. Very busy but we did get a seat easily enough, service was about standard for this type of outlet.

Often stop in here when visiting Gretna Gateway as it is a good size and has a good choice of food and snacks, including some GF. Good coffee and speedy service. I'll be back again soon.
