Excellent meal and excellent value. beautiful view from our table. surrounded by books. combine your visit with adjacent plant center. lunch and evening.

I visited here last week and was greeted by the great meals and the kindness we received. it was recommended by a local and we thought we would try this new place. it is located in an older building that. used to be a hotel, but now has a garden garden gardening in the area and this up to the inside to the back of the building. it has a magnificent view over the water. it is open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday at the moment. I had a wonderful caprese salad and the main course salat with grilled halloumi both excellent. my other half had garlic mushrooms and then steakcake and that went well. the menu has something for everyone. also at the bar there was a large selection of drinks. I felt very welcome in the bistro and found the owners and staff very friendly. they also have a large selection of books that make up the bookshelves of the bistros, it is wigtown finally! I bought books before I left. there are loads of mainstream fiction, cookbooks etc. and also the largest selection of lesfic, which I have ever seen at a place, wonderful! highly recommended.

Good large selection of books, including some new local brochures. more than first appears. friendly.

Last week visited wigtown this is the best shop of my opinion. great well presented selection of books, many of which are hard to find elsewhere

This bookstore offers a wonderful atmosphere and a wide selection of books. They also have a large assortment of unique notes for sale. The owners, Joyce and Ian, are friendly and helpful.
