Mario's Blue Grotto - Dundee City

Very disappointed. I was ordering several times, because like shashlik, not even close what we use to get. loaded chips with chicken:horrible chicken , hard, looks like outlets put on top. will not recommend anyone and 1 customer less. good luck

I ordered a fish supper and my food tasted like rubber I chucked it in the bin straight away it was horrible

Been here a couple of times it's clean, the food is good and the staff are friendly and cheerful. I like the fact that when I order a single red pudding they throw in a couple of chips as well and the chips are excellent...

We bought fish suppers, white pudding suppers and mushy peas the other night and waited along time for food that was terrible. The batter on the fish was soft and chewy, the chips were greasy and few! The mushy peas to our astonishment were sour, yes sour! Probably a day or two too old. Couldn’t be bothered calling the shop as we live a bit away and were put off by this time anyway. Oh and the white pudding had the same chewy batter and was cold. Nearly all the food went in the bin!! Definitely won’t return as there are much, much better chippies around. Terrible food.

Clean tidy shop, but a long wait for my fish and chips and the batter was not best, I've had better fisherwood suppers.
