Mc'donalds - Dungannon

Under most circumstances i would cook my own or order from an established chip shop, Apart from the Dole-thin).

Service was good, place was tidy and it's got a new look to it. I ordered large fries and a coffee. How disappointed was I to find out my chips were cold, tasteless and soggy. Is it really hard to cook fresh chips and serve some good food? Twice I've ordered food from here and haven't been happy with it. Won't be again. Stay clear! Do NOT order fries from here, you will be bitterly disappointed.

I, like many others, enjoy dining at McDonald's. However, the quality of the experience can vary at this particular location based on the staff working that day. In general, this restaurant is great - the staff are friendly and the food is served hot. Unfortunately, there are some employees who are not as attentive and may leave customers waiting for extended periods, resulting in cold food being served.

This visit went very poorly. Firstly they advertised Malteser McFlurry ice cream. We ordered 5 but they didn’t have any. I complained that they shouldn’t be advertising that ice cream if it wasn’t available. The cashier response was a shoulder shrug. I ordered a cup of coffee I got half a cup. We ordered cheddar bites but got mozzarella dippers instead. Service was so poor, the quality of the ice cream was disappointing and the restaurant itself was grubby. There are plenty of local based fast food outlets in the Dungannon area I will be going to them instead. McDonalds is dirty, low quality food (if they happen to have what you ordered) and not worth a visit by my family or myself again. Give the local outlets a shout, they at least appreciate the business and want your return custom.

Absolutely terrible service at this restaurant. The staff, at least three of them, were incredibly rude and treated customers as if we were unintelligent. Maybe they are right, as we should have gone somewhere else, but with children in the summer, our options were limited. They should find a job cleaning sewers where they can talk all day and clean up their own mess. The food was decent, but we had to clean our own tables before and after eating. Hardly what I would call a restaurant experience.
