Little Caesars Pizza - Durant

Customer service here was fantastic, my whole food was freshly hot and ready. Thanks to the manager Teresa she went beyond and beyond to help me and make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place?

Zero stars. They don 't even deserve the one star it forced me to give them to be able to post. This establishment is absolute trash now. Friday night 9/02/22 an employee was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, I asked for the corporate number and she refused to give it to me, making derogatory remarks in the process. I asked to speak to a manager, to which she replied in a very spiteful tone that she was the manager. When I asked for her name, so I could report her to corporate because she is obviously in the wrong industry since she wants to treat customers in such a manner, she refused to give it to me saying I needed to, figure it out. I will never revisit this establishment, and I will absolutely be contacting corporate on Monday. And yes, Theresa, I indeed figured out your name. You are the most disrespectful and ugly-mannered individual I 've ever had the displeasure of interacting with, and you have no business at all holding a customer service position. I feel very sorry for any person that has to interact with you in the future.

The rude woman who cuts the pizza looked everywhere on the pizza. Not much, but come on. Then they had no sauce for the bread sticks. You should've told me that because I didn't even order her. They taste pretty rough without the sauce.

I've come to this place a few times in the past and every time they don't have sharp and finished pizzas. They're never hot or ready. I went ringing with my phone tonight and heard her phone ringing with an employee on the front and doing nothing. When I asked why no one picked up the phone after it was given for 15 minutes just without answer? My boss is terrible at his job? Talk. It doesn't take, but 30 seconds to pick up the phone and say how we do? I'm too busy right now. Worst Establishment I?ve ever spent my money and would never recommend to come within 100 yards of this place.

I still have to personally get bad service, but the last 3 times I was here, I have seen other people get bad service. The manager, lady with the red hair?, has the rude attitude not only with the other employees, but also with customers. She's slower to do her job. The guy with the ponytail who works the front always looks like he has no idea what's going on, but is constantly on his phone. He got several orders wrong, and then he and the woman with the red both lied to the girls who ordered before me because they did not want to give them a refund after he had thrown their order wrong. They only partially refunded their order and when they came back to the lady with red hair, they only asked why they wanted a refund after they sat there and explained to them several times that their order was wrong and it was not what they had demanded. This lady huffed her breath as if it was too much trouble to give her money back. She doesn't have to work there at all.
