Kansas Spur Steak Ranch - Durban

Kansas Spur offers some of the most delicious and tender grilled dishes I've ever tasted (and I've had quite a few!). The presentation was so impressive that my sister couldn't resist snapping a photo as soon as the food arrived. The atmosphere was surprisingly calm and relaxing for such a bustling mall. Gee guided me through the app registration process with knowledge and a charming sense of humor, making it a delightful experience. A special thanks to Warren for following up with me over the phone about my earlier feedback and explaining the customer care procedures—they truly made me feel valued. It was definitely worth the trip past the other two locations. Thank you, and I will definitely be back soon!

One of my favorite spots at my favorite mall is this restaurant. I always enjoy the food and the service here. The only drawback for me is having to pay at the counter.

The service was outstanding, but unfortunately, the food was inedible. The chips had a fishy taste, and the eggs were so greasy that they seemed to slip around the plate. The waitstaff was attentive to our concerns and were determined to ensure this experience wouldn’t be repeated. Service: Dine-in.

So everyone knows spur! I know it's a steak ranch, but they need to start catering to those who don't eat beef or pork, especially when it comes to their breakfast. I asked for no bacon and ended up getting bacon, just a lack of attention to customers and their order. I also got the barbecue chicken breasts, which were barbecued to death, absolutely tough and dry. It also tasted like it had been basted with gas fumes and was not pleasant. You guys need to seriously step up your game. So, I've been back to the restaurant to see if they were able to redeem themselves after speaking to the manager. I must say the customer service and attention to detail have improved. I hope they are able to maintain standards now! Kid-friendliness: They have a nice kids play area and what I like about the playroom is that they put arm bands with the parents telephone number as well as a tag to their clothes so they can't leave the restaurant. If they do leave with the tag on which can only be removed at the pay area, it sets off an alarm.
