Woolworths Cafe Musgrave - Durban

I visited the Woolworths Cafe twice at Musgrave centre and the service was poor and very unprofessional both times. Being part of the Woolworths' brand this establishment is meant to be of high standards but unfortunately leaves its patrons with an unpleasurable experience. I would like to kindly request management to raise the quality of service and keep up with the Woolworths brand reputation as this is what we pay for.

Sat for ten minutes without being served. Not up to standard for service at all.

Only 1 waitress available, as 19 cutbacks were treated with such a poise and kindness. A brilliant light brunch (Eggs were absolutely perfect) excellent service from Mbali, who hunted 4 tables alone without a notepad, delicious salted caramel cheesecake. A total fantastic experience. Thank you for your efforts, keep the great service.

Service was fast and efficient! Cappuccino was delicious! The coffin Mom ordered was served with hot milk as she prefers.

Pretty good. The aesthetic is beautiful. The prices are a little too much for what you get. A beautiful atmosphere.
