Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken

Great 1/2 charbroiled chicken sides. Restaurant clean. Nice outdoor area. Cafe style food service. Self serve soda fountain... Throw your own food away... Here's what I don't get: u pay up front (before you've experienced anything) the machine asks for a tip! Why? What for (at that point)? Nobody brings anything to you. And you are clearly expected to separate throw your own waste away. I think I will stop being shocked by this (it's more more common), and just tip zero at the counter... After I'm done, if I have cash I'll put it on the counter if I feel like the experience warrants it.Again, NICE place w/good food. But there is no table service.

Had the half chicken, rice and black beans. The chicken was good, but the sides were skimpy.

Their wood fired chicken ? tastes so much like the pollo meals I always enjoyed in Cusco. Lovely little stores with great food and staff. One key which elevates them: They show that they care about their customers.Vegetarian options: Vegan family members love the plant based foods here

My first time shall not be my last. The yuca fries give life. The chicken rocks my socks. Green beans? Sheer heaven.
