A comida era nojenta, devolvemos 6 dos 7 aperitivos que foram servidos para nós. A carne de má qualidade é mal cozida e tem um gosto ruim. Eles calcularam cada centavo da conta. A vergonha deve dar-lhes o péssimo serviço ao cliente e a péssima qualidade dos alimentos com os anos que eles têm no mercado !!!!! Nunca voltarei e não o recomendaria ao meu pior inimigo. Caro e ruim em todos os sentidos Ver todos os feedbacks.
La nourriture est très bonne, belle ambiance, décor chaleureux!Les portions pourraient être un petit peu plus grosses.. Mais c'était bien, après entrée, repas et dessert, je n'avais plus vraiment faim, mais je n'étais pas rassasiée. Mon copain n'a pas aimé son entrée par contre, le cake au chorizo avec confiture et œuf poché tiède... j'ai goûté et c'est vrai que ce n'était pas super. Drôle de mixe, trop de confiture, trop sucré... Par contre, il a bien aimé le tartare de bœuf. Les arancinis étaient très bons, et le thon super tendre avec des rapinis bien cuits puis une bonne purée de céleri rave avec raisins au vin blanc. J'ai adoré le thon! Les desserts (tiramisu et blondin caramel arachides) étaient correct. J'y retournerai certainement!

The food here is delicious. I had the green salad with an amazing roasted shallot dressing and the penne. My husband had the soup of the day and the cannelloni. My portion was large and very filling but his was a bit on the smaller side. For dessert we had the peanut blondie with sour cream ice cream it was very nice! The ambiance is really nice inside and we had very good service. We really enjoyed our meal here!
The Balsam Inn was recommended to my party by a business coleague who is a local and had dined at the cozy restaurant before. Boy, was I glad she introduced me to this gem. We were seated quickly (which was surprising given it was Formula E weekend) and what was planned to be a short meal quickly became a 3 hour affair, as we were smitten by the terrific food, great wine, and very efficient and friendly staff. I had the arrancini as an appetizer after spotting this Italian street food on the plate of a diner on the patio as we walked in. Very nice. The cannelloni was described by our enthusiastic waitress as being really, really, really good, largely due to the freshness of the ingredients and use of superior quality ricotta cheese. She was right! And it was really nice to see a staff comprised of individuals who really seemed to like working at this restaurant. I took her advice on the Peanut Blondie for dessert, and the salted caramel was worthy of plate licking behaviour. The room is relaxed and the atmosphere is both romantic and casual. The three members of our party continued to rave about the food, service and experience we shared all the way back to our hotel.
Du même propriétaire que son voisin Taverne Square Dominion, l'expérience y est toute aussi intéressante. Tant pour la qualité et l'originalité des plats que le service attentionné et la carte des vins bien choisi. Les prix sont très correct.
