Avaliação da contribuiçãoI must admit I ordered a number eight and it was the best damn sandwich I've had in a long time and I told them so. There's some great kids in there and overseeing mothers and the guy cleaning up did a great job too.. kept an eye on me that's for sure.
My order was prepared quickly and deliciously, as per the high standards of Jimmy John's. I had ordered the:
UPDATE: I'm not sure why Jimmy John's asked for my feedback, as it took two weeks for the store operator to reach out with excuses and blame corporate for the issue. I don't agree with their excuses, as I saw other locations in the app that were not accepting mobile orders at that time. This particular store accepted my order only for me to find it closed when I arrived. The operator refuses to take responsibility for the mistake. This poorly run location has now tainted my impression of Jimmy John's overall.
I have to confess that I ordered the number eight sandwich and it was the best sandwich I have had in a long time. I made sure to let them know. The staff at the restaurant, including the friendly kids, attentive mothers, and the guy who cleaned up, all did a great job. I have definitely made my point, that's for sure.
If you order online, be prepared to wait at this restaurant. I recently ordered a ham sandwich online and waited for 25 minutes. While waiting, I watched numerous other customers come in, place their orders, receive their food, and leave before I had to ask if my order was ready. To my dismay, my sandwich had been sitting on the cutting board for who knows how long, becoming soggy. Finally, an employee bagged it and placed it on the pick-up shelf only after I had to cut in line to inquire about my order. This seems to be a recurring issue at this establishment, as I always have to ask about my order after waiting for over 20 minutes, and it always ends up just sitting on the cutting board.
