New Chan's Palace - Eagle Point

This place is a refreshing break from the ordinary. They really care about their customers here and go out of the way to make sure you have an enjoyable dining experience. The portions are generous and enough to share. Everything is served hot and fresh. Give them a try, you will be happy you did.

My family has been going to New Chan's Palace ever since we lived in Eagle Point in 1999. Since moving to Portland in 2000, our trips have unfortunately been limited to once or twice a year. In spite of that I am always greated as a valued customer and my favorite order of Wonton Soup is given to the cook before I even get a menu! My family has yet to be disappointed with any meal that we have had there our personal favorite being the pork fried rice. No one does it like they do not even in Portland's Chinatown.

Disappointed in service and food portions. Called in for a pick up, got back home and realized that we didn't get all of our food. I called to let them know and the only compensation that I was offered was to drive back, and pick up what they forgot to give me. It's a 20 min drive both ways for me so I won't be doing that. Nevermind that the portions are ridiculously small for a Chinese restaurant.
