Avaliação da contribuiçãoI never eat McDonalds. My cousin's teenage son wanted to eat here after walking 6 miles at Eagle River Nature Center. I had a deluxe chicken sandwich, fries, and diet coke. The fries could have been hotter. So far, there are no digestive issues. We will return tomorrow for MN. Probably won't eat at MCDs again for awhile.
Never mind the way overpriced, bland food. This is about the service. I know it 's difficult to convince kids to work at lousy jobs these days, but this McDonald 's has compensated by just not caring. There have been so many issues in the past that I 'm not going to catalogue them (let 's just paint with the brush of rude disinterest in what they 're doing . Today I spent my last thirty dollars on three egg McMuffin meals with six dollar 's worth of upgrading to watered down orange juice. Won 't do it again. They had a kid sweeping the drive-through lane, taking up the space of a car, sweeping at nothing (because I had plenty of time to see there was no trash , and slow-walking the entire time. I literally watched the two vehicles in front of him pay, get their food and leave, as I got to the first window. When I got my food, I mentioned to the window-kid that having a guy do a slow walk through the drive-through when there were customers there was annoying, and received a non-answer you 'd expect from a gen-z kid. I know they have a hard time hiring kids to overpay, which has led to bad food and worse service, but I 'm done.
I feel like I know what I'm in for when it comes to getting McDonald's, but apparently I don't! Oh how times have changed! Our previous trip to McD's was for breakfast for the road and we went in to order and waited soooooo long for our order, it was crazy! Watching each of the employees do their job was painful, there was zero hustle, regardless of all the people waiting inside and in the drive-thru. It was very disappointing to see. The inside was clean and put together, along with the beverage area, which was nice. This most recent trip... coming in from the airport and not feeling like sitting in a restaurant nor cooking once we were home and McDonald's it is! We placed an order via the app for curbside pickup once we arrived, parked and checked in on the app. The drive-thru was really long and once parked, we see the lobby is closed yet again due to staffing shortages. What a shame. After 10 minutes, we were confused as to if they would even bring it out and at the 15 minute mark and heading to sit in the drive-thru line a young man brought us our order. We thanked him profusely and wished him well, hoping the best for being overwhelmed. As for the meal... well, as you can see from the photo, a few ingredients were missing between the bun. At this point, it's not worth it call because I'm finding more and more that it's pointless.
Good clean but For the most part, but they no longer do the coupons that are clearly on their receipts so I don't care to use their restaurant as much as I used to because sometimes it was nice to do the coupon for the free food. Also, the new style took away the quaint term that the restaurant used to be. I hate that they don't hire enough people to keep the restaurant open and most the time you just have to do the drive up which is ridiculously long.
The dining room has been closed for months and the drive through is consistently wrapping around the building. Currently I'm sitting in the drive thru having ordered 15 min ago and still waiting to get to the first window. Absolutely ridiculous.
