Terrible. that was my first visit to north star and it took the cookie. we arrived on time at 18:45. the employees were somehow less than attentive and around 19:05 clock we were finally asked if we wanted a drink and order. too long to wait for it. we ordered eating and received a glass of koks that was warm and no ice cream that was not offered, but I asked and received a few ice blocks and a pot tee. Around 19:29 clock our starter arrived almost 23 minutes later. at this time my koks was finished and no waiter had removed my glass and did not ask me if I wanted another drink. 8:06 pm our food came. I had asked a waitress at 7:50 a.m. how long it could be to reach our food; good...read more

The cooking from around China’s capital tends to be heavier in its use of soy than...read more
As we live locally and like eating out,we have pretty much been to all the local restaurants. First visit was about a two years ago,as I am not a big fan of Chinese food, however I was pleasantly surprised with the seafood on offer,so golden star for that. Things have began to deteriorate on my next few visits both at lunch and dinner time...very,really very bad service, one of the girls had been in all occasions extremely rude, which resulted in our avoidance of the place altogether. Tonight my DH insisted on going there for a meal with our dear children(DD 6years old and DS 1year old). From the door we were treated rudely by the waitress asking what did we want!?After we were seated...we...read more
