Starbucks - Easley

Tonight I went to the store and ordered a frappuccino venti size with two dishes espresso. the drink had no carmel in it. the drink was not mixed properly because he had a cube in it. it tasted like the two dishes espresso and ice. that even eaten. I'm a more common customer I mean, the day shift knows me with names. but today's layer was terrible.

Tyler at the drive thru is extremely professional. He has a lot of patience and is kind to customers. Just the perfect example of GREAT service!

Employees were standing around talking while I was standing there for 10 min waiting for my drink. I also asked for no ice and I got ice. Wasn't worth waiting longer to have them fix

The line was long through the drive through so I went in. They were very nice. They weren't sure how to make what I ordered so they tried they did a good job but they also gave me a free drink for next time just in case I didn't like mine. So nice and super friendly.

Love Starbucks coffee. The service is quick and the drinks are always good
