Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe decided to try both main dishes from the seafood menu at this restaurant and were not disappointed. We highly recommend the option with black pudding mash and leeks paired with scallops - the flavors were simply fantastic. I opted for the trio of fish which included john dory, lemon sole, and browned fish, and it was delicious. We usually order New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc but the Oyster Bay one we chose was a bit pricy at £28.50 a bottle, so we settled for one instead of two. The chocolate and Baileys mousse was indulgent though a bit too rich for my taste, but my partner loved it, especially when we all sang happy birthday to him. The atmosphere is worth a visit on its own, with incredible aromas filling the space. The only downside was the bread served with the butter, which was quite dry - I had read in previous reviews that it's usually homemade sourdough, so that was a disappointment. Overall, the service from the hosts Chronicle and Ricardo was lovely and we had a wonderful experience overall.
The atmosphere at this restaurant was lovely and relaxed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our meal, and the scallops I had were the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in the area. Thank you for a delicious meal!
We went to this restaurant for our anniversary on a Saturday evening and the service, food, and overall ambiance were impeccable. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Beautiful evening dinner in the chronicle, friendly service with a smile, had pate for beginners and the lamb for pornstar, both were excellent. can not recommend enough.
