Thyme Fusion Gin Eatery - East London

I was quite disappointed with the service. I called earlier to confirm that they opened at 2:00 PM, and they confirmed it. I arrived just after opening and waited for half an hour without anyone coming to take my drink order. Then I was informed that the pizza oven wasn't ready yet, so there would be no pizza for me. The two staff members on duty seemed indifferent and unmotivated. I've seen things move faster than this service. I ended up getting an Uber and going to another place.

I ordered two pasta dishes for takeout, but they were quite bland and underseasoned. The marinara sauce tasted like it came straight from a can—just heated up and poured over the pasta. Honestly, even without sight or the use of my hands, I could make a more flavorful pasta dish. This is the best pizza I've ever had, even better than the one I tried in Sandton, Italy! The drinks are amazing as well. I have to ask, who is this chef? They really know what they're doing!

The pizzas here are absolutely amazing, with generous toppings and exceptional service. Our waitress was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place a thousand times over!
