Dated 3/23/2024. Overall, stay so far is a 2. We 're here for another night. We are HH Reward members and OWN a Hilton Vacations Club Timeshare. We used over 174000 points to stay here for the weekend. Ordinarily we know Hilton to be top notch when it comes to accommodations. They may nickle and dime you to death for extras like wifi, parking, but that 's another story for the Hilton Grand in Hawaii. Back to quality accommodations. Not this time. Firstly, we were led to believe at check in that there was a free breakfast. NOPE $17 for an adult buffet $12 for your kids under 13. This weekend is full of little league baseball championships, so kids are running wild and screaming, having the time of their lives, on the running track that is the circular balcony inside the hotel. The layout architecture reminds me of several Embassy Suite hotels we 've stayed at. (See video). Next, we are/were in room 614 and the street noise outside from the freeway and downstairs we might just as well camped in an RV at Texas Motor Speedway unless you like the street racing? This is NOT your place. Next... our toilet didn 't flush correctly. You had to hold the handle down for 3 4 seconds for it to flush (I took a video for Justin, their maintenance guy). Next... yes, there 's more. A few hours ago, at 9pm, I heard my wife wife let out a terrifying scream from the bathroom... NO HOT WATER in the shower and with the glass doors to the shower where it is and the shower head pointed in the middle of the shower (normal) there 's no way to turn the shower water on withour her having to get her body dowsed by the cold water. Window curtains are tattered, so they are no longer blackout curtains. Desk chair has seen better days. The slider door to the bathroom needs attention . (see picture). I should get paid for this stuff, like as a secret shopper or hotel consultant. We will not stay here again. On the positive side, parking is free, and the TV worked. Oh, and you gotta love the hot cookies after 5 pm.

I was there for a special event and the hostess, chef, and all the other employees were simply great. Professional, thorough, and pleasant. We return every year!
