Mcdonalds Restaurants

The management of this site is absolutely brilliant and an excellent example for excellent customer service. Last week I ordered through Drive-thru and it wasn't until I came home when I realized that my order was missing a thing. I called mcdonalds to report that my order is incomplete and that I am on the way to get what is missing. When I arrived, I was greeted by the manager, I explained the situation and to my surprise, I received not only the missing part of my original order, but another additional meal and free gloomy over it. I wish everyone could take away such professional and customer-oriented approach. well done mcdonald’s

Visited for ice cream, which is only article in halal category. no other article is halal so can not comment. good location free parking dine in take away drive you through 24 hours

Eating is always fresh and hot that I get through the drive through and the workers seem always trying to get them through as fast as possible so that their not held, fries are beautiful

Two lanes for ordering but the counter staff only seem to be taking orders from one, like is a game they play to keep themselves entertained and distracted from the fact they work in McDonald’s. It shouldn’t be this hard to order a coffee, it’s not even busy. I could have written this as the third car on the right lane is served while I wait for acknowledgement that I’m here instead of wondering if the camera is broken or I missed a lane closed sign (I didn’t) I gave up as the fourth car pulled in and the order boy confirmed I didn’t have an invisible car and I could have a coffee Burton on Trent McDonald’s is legendary for getting your order wrong but they’re usually quick to take the money so imagine my surprise

We ordered take away, they always get the order wrong always missing items , ie part of a meal or dips or both. You actually call them to get it sorted and they tell you there is nothing they can do “you have to contact Uber” . When you do they just say sorry!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH REALLY!!
