To my delight, the general manager responded by offering to make things right. Instead of simply replacing my wings, he offered me twelve freshly cooked wings. I must say, they were the best wings I’ve ever had! Although I didn’t catch his name, I noticed he had a tattoo on his neck and short reddish-blonde hair. I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received and for the fact that I chose not to leave a bad review. To the general manager, I sincerely thank you for doing the right thing. Your commitment to good service will surely lead to great success. I hope you continue to manage this location effectively and keep mistakes to a minimum.
