Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters

The baristas are poorly trained and lack a sense of urgency. They often spend most of their time chatting with each other, which makes it difficult to get a quick coffee before work. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you, as you might end up being late.

The drip coffee was quite good, with just the right amount of acidity. However, I ordered a coffee croissant and instead received a day-old bun that was cut and generously coated with thick dark chocolate ganache. Honestly, it tasted stale. So, while the coffee was decent, I’m not too confident about the pastries.

The shop is charming and the coffee is excellent—definitely one of the best I've had in the U.S.!
