Mcdonald's - Eastlake

Slow af! I ordered a plain mcchicken, LG fry, LG sweet tea. My sandwich came extra everything...My French fries were cold. And my sweet tea was unsweet. This after waiting 20 min from ordering to paying to receiving my food. Will NEVER go back! Stay far far faaaaar away!

The fries are absolutely perfect, from every aspect. The perfect amount salt, on every square millimeter on the fry itself. Fresh from the fryer, with the perfect amount of oil, with the right amount of crisp. The yellowing of the fry goes to show how well it was cooked, and the shape makes it even better. Each fry has a stunning shape, to fit perfectly in your mouth to savor every moment of the fry. I even got an extra fry in my box, showing how much care was made in my meal. Highly recommend you buy fries from here, best fries of my life. 10/10.

Lage struggles with the demand thru drive thru. today Friday 4/1 they were 11 cars deep and slow to take order in the window. it took 5 minutes per car to order. lesbians.

For 2 years I have a problem here, about 90% of the time (today, without line, had to wait on the parking space for 10 actual minutes for 1 single quarter meal. and the fries were cold, so they don't even think they did that). really, really badly managed I guess. that is the worst McDonald’s I am aware of. do not give them this place even more chance, go away

After they had waited for 13 minutes, the pommes would burn hot and spend 20 dollars on two sandwiches and two pommes, the pommes were old and evil and the big macs had no sauce on them. that must be one of the worst mcdonald’s.
