Pizza Hut - Eastleigh

6 outta 5 stars, izzy served us and our pizzas were hot pissed and made with haste. customer service top drawing, polite and helpful to make recommendations that we enjoyed, thank u izzy and pizza hut (eastleigh) team!

Pizza hat is in the rule my place when it comes to taking pizza. I never had a problem with the pizza hat in eastleigh; eating always arrives on time, it is warm and always tastes good. tonight was not an exception. the shipper, emily, was very friendly and got to eat quickly!

Ordered food from this Pizza Hut and time was getting on so after an hour and a half I decided to ring them and just check the address is correct as we live in a new build. When the man answered the phone he was rude from the start and said because they are busy they pushed our order back and it’s not even been made yet? I said I understand your busy however it’s been 90 minutes already and he said should be about half hour or so and as I replied he hung up!!! I understand they get busy which is fine however maybe they need to state when ordering food that it will be 2 hours or more for delivery times and we would have gone else where. Rude staff and poor service.

Ordered delivery and it never arrived. When I rang up to ask where it was, the man was extremely rude and confrontational and claimed that they had tried to ring me (although my phone never rang once) but couldn’t get through so brought the order back. Said he couldn’t help me then hung up the phone DONT trust these people with your money!!

Ordered a few times and the quality has been terrible Tried again and we even worse not his time Pizza was soggy, short of toppings and taste When delivered boxes were squashed and un sealed Delivered to the door without the bags Terrible pizza terrible service
