When I called the manager to express my concern, I wondered if she was aware of the issue. She did acknowledge the problem and agreed to replace it. I also ordered a small mashed potato, which was served in an extremely tiny container. Both items were packaged to go, and the total came to nearly $5.00. I understand the need for restaurants to make a profit, but this pricing is simply outrageous!
I ordered a meal and wasn't given any hot sauce or spices. Another customer, who was African American, mentioned that he doesn't provide free sauce. I could have paid for it, but it was only available as an add-on with a meal or side. However, a lady at the counter stepped in and decided to give me the sauce at her own discretion. I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding customer service. Being friendly and helpful is always an asset in the food and sales industry. I frequently visit Royal Farms, and I hope the other staff member can learn from this experience.
Bathroom was dirty. The store was unkempt. The staff had grumpy attitudes. Some gas pumps require you to pay inside before they work.
Only in and out stop garbage overflowing outside..should had been an indicator women bathroom was filthy!! This business needs easy-care staff TERRIBLE
Very clean and well-maintained gas station and they have tesla chargers here
