Avaliação da contribuiçãoI am just so confused on customer service here. It's awful. The lady said well is 6am. It's actually 6:45. And if your open for business then be open for business. Walmart didn't come find you for the job. Sorry to say the lack of communication skills from most the staff is terrible. This store should shutdown and revamp how they conduct business and take care of customers.
I've been calling for over an hour to check to see if the money center was open and working. They picked the phone up and hung up every single time. I don't know when they're going to get more staff who knows how to do customer service properly. It's ridiculous. I've read reviews about the store being stocked and clean. I'm convinced it's there staff taking the pictures after closing. I barely shop here but each time I have the store is a mess, lines down the isles and one cashier. It's ridiculous!
The new remodel is illogical, and infuriating. It must have been designed by someone who doesn't do the shopping in their family. Please fix it. It's horrible.
The people that worked there were a big help in finding what I wanted. Originally they told me what toy aisle to go to but I couldn't find the aisle nos. They are up too high and small. I'm 79 and couldn't see them. But a nice young lady helped me and took me right where I wanted. Make the aisle nos. more conspicuous
This is usually my go to Walmart but I 'm not sure anymore. I needed to cash a check (which I can 't do in NJ) and after calling a few times, with no answer, and checking online and seeing that Money Services should be open, I headed to the store around 7am. When I got there I spoke with a few employees there and was told that they never open that early and that they *might* be opening at 8. My main issue with this whole interaction was that when one employee deferred to a manager she asked the manager to handle her (referring to me). I was not being rude or belligerent but at that point I had pretty much given up. The manager eventually gave me a set answer that they would be opening money services at 8am.
