Avaliação da contribuiçãoI'm going to this place almost weekly. The staff is always top Notch. I'll go on there for the story. Today I was shocked how my order process went. I called and ordered a pizza. I was asked what size. I said $10 Tuesday size. His answer was that you want big, I said yes. He asked what crust you want me to say joy, he said you want thin. No big deal, just attitude. I asked for a gourmet vegetarian to add chickens. I have this order at least 30 times deaf and its Tuesday! He said if you add an article, you need to pull out an article! What? Tell him not the way he was treated in the last 5 years. He said this is policy sir. I said I didn't order it the last 100 times. He said I'm sorry. I said I'd take my business elsewhere. I called Savage. No attitude and no problem to add chickens. Can I come back to Eden Prairie? Yes, as long as the guy who handles the phone is. I give him four stars, because I've always been treated five stars, until today. See you next to Tues with my usual order.

This was the first time I was in this place and I will be back. Ella' helped me with every aspect of the order with a friendly voice and a friendly smile. Check-out was also easy. I feel bad I didn't catch the name of the young man. He even offered to execute my order. As a company you are so lucky to have these two wonderful employees.
Always clean with friendly people ready to build a cake! While I never used it, I know many people in advance and can then enter, get their order and be gone.
