Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe service was slow and unprofessional. On Friday, April 22nd, at 6:30 PM, we decided to go inside to pick up our order because the drive-thru wait was too long. It took 30 minutes to receive our order for 10 sandwiches. There were too many employees just standing around with nothing to do, while a few were working very hard. The manager needs to focus more on improving customer service and professionalism.
The beans and rice were spoiled, and the kids didn't enjoy the children's menu. They also didn’t receive a biscuit. The chicken seemed off; it was incredibly thin. Overall, yesterday's experience was disappointing. Additionally, it was very pricey for what we received.
I visited the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience with the employees. The customer service was terrible, and I won't be returning again. I've always enjoyed going to Popeyes, but the staff at this location were unacceptable. If you're considering visiting, I recommend finding a different place!
My first visit to this Popeye's. Great location which is easily accessable. Staff was friendly and courteous and food was good...had the Cajun flounder fish sandwich meal with fries. It's real flounder by the way!In spite of the restaurant being mostly empty 4 people ALL the tables and booths were dirty, the napkin holders empty, and floors had food particles that needed sweeping. No one was cleaning and restocking during their down time. If this location could take care of improving their cleaning and restocking habits they would definitely get a better rating from me.
If I could give this place less than one star I would too slow took over an hour for my meal dads and mom. No refund and manager didn’t fix the problem. Don’t eat here overcharged and underfunded food portions
