1.5 stars this restaurant lasted 40 minutes to distribute the food. They don't have any Shanghai dumplings when we asked how they did, they said it.

this was the hardest star rating in a long time, I wish I could have 2.5 star rating! this was one of the more unusual eventful meal times in a long time.
