Deserio's Trattoria - Edison

I tried Deserio's on 2 occasions while visiting Edison on business and I very much enjoyed it both times. Between both visits, I tried their cheese tortellini and stuffed rigatoni with alfredo sauce, the stromboli and a veal parmigiana sandwich. The pastas are what you would expect from a lunch spot not mind blowing, but pretty good and very good value for the amount they give you. They were among the better lunch pastas I've had for sure.

Today, I called to order a breakfast wrap sandwich, and the lady who answered the phone was quite rude when she quoted me the price. I asked if I could just get the sandwich without the platter, which costs $9.80, but she informed me that this is the new price under the new management. I decided to call back later, but when I did, they wouldn’t answer my calls and even hung up on me. This is very disappointing and unethical.

Ceasar salad here was my to go option but last week i got it again after 3 months, the price was 50% more than what it was in Dec 2021, from $10 to $15!!! And the quality was definitely worse, the dressing was less than usual and the chicken was bad, not fresh. Disappointed.

Amazing food fantastic customer service only downfall I see is they aren't open later so I can get dinner

Not the best pizza I've had but it's convenient. Right in the middle of Raritan Center and it's just as good as Francescos down the road. My go to pizza place when I'm at work.
