Service was extremely slow, but nice. The food was good, but over priced for what you are getting. They also fry their chicken in the same oil as the fish, so the chicken has a bad taste. Next time, we'll go to the shack instead.

Had dinner there last night and everything was very good. Shrimp po-boy, shrimp Creole and all the sides were tasty. I'm originally from Louisiana, so I know Cajun food, and all the dishes tasted authentic. Great service too.

Our friends have recommended this place so we decided to try. We should have busted sooner! Small dining room but good atmosphere, service was good, friendly place. The drinks are made by the owner, very good, don't forget the cherries in the drinks, they are loaded. The food was excellent and wait time was not extra long as posted in other reviews.

I had the tilapia and my husband had the pork chops. My tilapia was blah as well as the red beans and rice. My husbands pork chops were awesome, the fried one and grilled one at his request. Our food arrived fast as well. His Mac and cheese was great.The moonshine margarita was outstanding. Our server was very attentive but we were the first table of the day so I can see how the service would lag if the restaurant was full. Overall I'm glad we tried it and we will be back. ETA. Went back for dinner again. The service was horrible! The wait staff argued openly over whose tables belonged to who. While people were waiting to be seated the server who had been texting and charging her phone announced she was going to go smoke. This time I got the Cajun fried chicken all dark meat. It was so good! Hot fresh and the salad and Mac and cheese was great as well. My drink was nice and strong. The owners may want to look into hiring experienced waitstaff and not their family.
