Avaliação da contribuiçãoMARKET definitely hit the spot. This tasty spot is in Edmonds is definitely a treat. They are currently only seating outdoors (order everything with the host then grab a table! . We went in the evening, so it was a little chilly so I’d definitelyrecommend bringing a jacket. FISH N CHIPS : Crispy beer battered rock fish, fries, tartar, lemon. It was also served withsome sort of chopped pea and herb accoutrement that added a nice fresh touch! The batter was crispy and the fish was tender.Nom. FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH : Crispy fried chicken breast on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, house made pickles and garlicchili aioli, served with fries. The chicken was so tender and satisfying. The sauce that came on the side was a nice chilispiced sauce. We wished the pickles were a little more tangy, but still tasty. We can’t wait to come back to try the crab orlobster roll!
The seafood sandwiches at The Market are outstanding. We ordered the shrimp roll, crab roll, and a Connecticut style lobster roll. The lobster roll was better than most lobster rolls I’ve eaten in New England. The shrimp roll was outstanding. The crabroll was good, but a little dry. The regular French fries were exceptional, the garlic fries were ok, but I’d suggest theregular. The servers were friendly and the service was amazing. If you’re in the area you must try The Market for the lobsterrolls.
I absolutely love the crab and lobster rolls here. The crab roll features a blend of different types of crab, while the lobster roll is made with Maine lobster. I would say the crab roll is slightly better because the dressing can somewhat overshadow the lobster's flavor. However, finding a place to sit can be a bit of a challenge, as you have to find an empty table, which might not always be easy.
After placing our order at the outdoor counter, we found a lovely table in the outdoor seating area—perfect for enjoying the sunny day. Our food was ready in just 10 minutes. I highly recommend the Hot PNW Crab Roll; it was so delicious that I can't stop thinking about it! It’s definitely worth the $21 for a half roll or $32 for a full one. The Crab Doughnut was uniquely tasty, and the fish and chips had a nice crispy texture, though they were a bit bland on their own and really benefited from the tartar sauce. The Lychee lemonade was fantastic and even came with a whole lychee in it! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
On a rainy day, I enjoyed a warm lobster roll that hit the spot. While the town was preparing for trick-or-treating, I indulged in a buttery, garlicky Connecticut-style lobster roll. The lobster meat was generous and juicy, but the fries were a bit of a letdown. They were just okay—lacking salt and cut thicker than I prefer. However, that's just my personal taste. Overall, I would definitely order another lobster roll without hesitation!
