Pizza 73 - Edmonton Canada

I was disappointed to find that I had to pay an extra dollar for a small plastic bag to carry my drinks home, as it was not included with my online order. This was pretty gross and left me unimpressed.

I really enjoy Pizza 73. Out of all the chain pizza stores, my favorite menu items are probably their pizzas with garlic sauce. The wings are decent, the dough and toppings are fine, and the curly fries are really good too!

Well... ordered the 16 piece bacon wedges.. did not come as advertised. Was cut like a pizza. I unfortunately got 8 pieces and the kidlets were upset. Ordered Buffalo sauce an extra 2. Did not recieve. Bacon wedges had WAY to much seasoning on them. To the point it burnt our tongues. Not happy. Not impressed. Also ordered golden crispy wings, curly fries and popcorn chicken. Having to order else where now as customer service was of absolutely NO help. Looked for the number to this shop and it gave me the standard number. Also no receipt was given and I paid cash. The driver didn't even try to offer change... just walked away..

Their new Curly Fries Poutine? the picture doesn't do it any justice haha but love the taste and the price.

I have ordered pizza from this restaurant on 118 Ave and 50 Street a few times now, and I have been consistently disappointed. The cheese was starting to go bad, and my order was completely wrong. I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza with mushrooms, but I received a pepperoni pizza instead. Additionally, there was no sauce on the pizza and the pepperoni was supposed to have hot chili peppers, which were missing. This is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong. I would give this restaurant a zero rating, 0 out of 100.
