Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe visited on a Monday night. The restaurant was pratically empty and the airconditioning was broken, so the room was pretty warm. Good the salt and pepper chicken wings were excellent. Shirley temples were very good. Not so hot The fish tacos were frozen in the middle and the mac and cheese appeared to be from a packet.
We ate in here a few times during our stay in Edmonton. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every thing we tried was delicious, the service was always efficient and the servers always very pleasant and helpful. Especially liked the Braised Alberta Short Rib and the canadian Salmon and the Crab cakes with Tuscan greens... We had the Buffet breakfast, plenty of choice and a good start to the day.
We went into the restaurant and were seated right away. We had been outside for hours walking around and just wanted a Hot Chocolate before going up to our rooms. The waiter brought one hot chocolate. There was 6 of us. Welaughed and said we wanted 6 HOT CHOCOLATE. He came back 15 minutes later with 5 more hot chocolate. By that time our granddaughter had already drank hers and now she had to wait while the rest of us had ours. Should have ALL come together.
Buffet lunch. Christmas Special menu. No parking. Metered street parking available. The lunch and dessert items were super delicious, specially the lamb stew was the BEST. Portuguese tart was tasty. Turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, mac cheese, vegetables etc all were good. Price about $20 plus gratuity. Located inside Coast hotel in Edmonton downtown. Highly recommended.
I stayed at the Coast Hotel, so this restaurant was convenient for me. I ate a few meals here. I would give the breakfast food a 3 out of 5 service a 5 out of 5. Staff were very nice. Dinner meal was better. I had a curry chicken meal and it was quite nice.
