Earls Kitchen Bar - Edmonton

We have come here over 50 times already. Service us always fabulous! Food is always A1! I have nothing but good things to say about this Earls. Our first pick for any occasion in NE Edmonton.

Went there by myself. at the bar. people where nice. had the clam chowder. its very good. had the hot wings. its obviously a chain.overall its a good place to have a drink.

I always enjoy to visit earls but this location is very friendly and food is phenomenon staff are so friendly I would recommend any one to visit

Good food and atmosphere, great staff always there when you need them Prices are in line for similar restaurants. No surprises, consistent quality, good menu and drinks are not too expensive. I'm a regular visitor

I have been to this restaurant several times. This time the service and food were average. The real problem came few days later when I noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged on two separate days. I called my credit company to figure out what happened. This took an hour in its self. The credit card dispute department told me someone from Earls had take my credit card number down and entered it manually the next day.I called the restaurant concerning this and talked to the GM. With a very caviler attitude he said it was a mistake and said oh we have lots of 18 years olds working here????I asked him well does this happen a lot well yeah it happens? Really you double charge people cards without their knowledge and you don't see this as being a problem.It has been a two weeks and I still am yet to see the money back on my card. The GM also never offered compensation for what I would consider fraud. I have not been offered and explanation on how this happened other then well our system crashed.
